The Diagnoses module keeps a complete, current list of each client's conditions. Add diagnoses by searching the built-in ICD-10 code library, bulk-import from a list, or enter manually. Each entry records the onset date, status, and responsible clinician.
The active diagnosis list is visible throughout the EHR - it appears on the client's chart, populates care plan issue suggestions, and prints on all reports - so everyone on the care team works from the same clinical picture.
